In this highly visual online class we review the bony structures, landmarks and muscles of the pelvis, thigh, lumbar spine and ribcage, as well as the anatomy of the legs, hip, neck and shoulder. This is the introductory segment to the myofascial release techniques class to balance the pelvis. We will also review the principles of postural evaluation as it relates to creating a treatment plan using myofascial techniques. The class is relevant to and focused on massage therapy techniques and is worth 3 CE.
